Your words deserve care.

Still is an AI journal and reflection companion, operated by Louna Gregoire. For help, privacy questions or account closure, write to contact@louforeal.blog.

What is kept

Your account connects your writing, drafts, reflections, conversations, saved thoughts, preferences and pattern journeys. Still also records limited usage events, ratings, technical timings and AI usage costs to understand how the beta is working. Feedback you deliberately send can be read by Louna.

Your journal is private from other users. It is not end-to-end encrypted: the services that run Still, and an authorised operator when necessary to support the service, can technically access stored data.

What goes to other services

Supabase handles sign-in. Still’s hosting and Cloudflare database store the app’s records. OpenAI processes your submitted writing and relevant allowed context to prepare reflections, memory, questions and automatic pattern checks. Still sets AI response storage to off; that does not promise that a provider keeps no operational or safety records.

If you dictate, audio is sent for transcription. Live browser dictation can also use your browser provider’s speech service. Reading a reflection aloud sends its text to the voice service. You can always type and read without using audio.

Memory and patterns stay open to correction

You can inspect and edit Memory, correct a reflection, or exclude an entry from future AI context in its Library options. Pattern suggestions use original journal writing across separate moments, not dream interpretations or an AI theory about you. A suggestion is something for you to consider, not a diagnosis.

Drafts and this device

Drafts are saved to your account. Unsynced edits are also kept in this browser so they can be recovered after a tab closes. Recovery copies are removed when their writing is synced, or when you sign out or erase your data on this device. Browser storage can fail or be cleared; check the saving status before leaving. A shared device can expose local drafts to someone who uses your browser profile.

Export, erasure and account closure

Settings provides a readable export and a JSON export. “Delete my data” removes your Still records but keeps your sign-in account. Account closure is separate: use the closure option in Settings or contact Louna from your account’s email address. Support will never ask for your password.

There is no automatic expiry for saved writing. It remains until you delete it. AI cost records without your account link remain for budget accounting. A minimal account identifier is kept after closure to stop unfinished requests or old sessions from recreating your data. Deletion removes live app records; provider backups and operational records may follow their own retention schedules. We do not promise instant removal from every backup. Ask Louna for help with a specific privacy request.

If something goes wrong

If a draft is marked as saved only on this device, reconnect and retry before signing out. If two versions conflict, review them before choosing which to keep. If a reflection is unavailable, your entry should remain in the Library. Contact contact@louforeal.blog with the time, device and what happened; you do not need to include private journal text.

Still is an AI tool, not a person, professional care or an emergency service. Its interpretations can be wrong. If you need immediate human help, contact someone you trust or your local emergency services.
